Mike Rietta has an educational background in adult learning, business management, and health and safety, most recently completing the Occupational Health and Safety Certificate Program at Ryerson University in Toronto, Ontario.
Throughout his career, he developed numerous employee orientation and training materials, operational process improvement initiatives, and health and safety guidelines and resources. His background also includes over a decade in the marketing communications field, where he helped companies create brand awareness, lead generation, and corporate presentation campaigns. He has had the privilege to work on a wide variety of projects including notable ones for Telus, Johnson & Johnson, and Cimetrix/HP.
Since retiring in 2023, he authored and designed “The Effective Workplace Trainer” printed guide and PowerPoint presentation. Between writing projects, he is available to deliver in-person training. For more information please click here.
