Mike Rietta has an educational background in adult learning, business management, and health and safety, most recently completing the Occupational Health and Safety Certificate Program at Ryerson University in Toronto, Ontario.
Throughout his career, he has developed numerous employee orientation and training materials, operational process improvement initiatives, and health and safety guidelines and resources. His background also includes over a decade in the marketing communications field, where he helped companies create brand awareness, lead generation, and corporate presentation campaigns as well as interactive training resources. He has had the privilege to work on a wide variety of projects including notable ones for Telus, Johnson & Johnson, and Cimetrix/HP (samples).
He recently authored and designed “The Effective Workplace Trainer” printed guide and PowerPoint presentation.
Mike Rietta lives in Burlington ON Canada and is available for health & safety consultation/training, compliance audits and H&S/HR resource development throughout southern Ontario
